Man. Ya ask one easy question (that would be YOU, Steven) and the rest of my afternoon is spent re-reading stuff about nutrition, answering armfuls of curious e-mails, and finally creating a bloody mailing list.
For nutritionally-complete vegetarian recipes.
With one offer from someone who wants to put up a website and write a scripting engine for it, a side-offer to start up an indian food list, and lots of discussions about the nutritional merit of lentils.
Me. Giving out recipes. Little miss anti-homemaker.
But hey, at least I listen when my body tells me it hurts.

But it ain't for taste, like I said. It's for protein, magnesium and calcium, and a handful of vitamins to your diet. And it's not for weight loss although it's fairly low in fat, but not in carbs.
It's just to get you thinking before your next cheeseburger.
