I made it up a 5.7 today.

I have a singing lesson next Thursday afternoon.

I remembered all the steps to the "salutaiton to the sun" and did half of them as a warm up to climbing, then did it properly afterwards.

I sat too long in a terasse afterwards and felt my muscles freeze and sweat congeal and maybe I'll avoid doing that next time because it really didn't feel good.

I made it up a 5.7 .

I have a singing lesson next week.

I have beacons that I am clinging to to get me up my own wall.
